Parkes Lees Architects required the creation of a full Sales and Marketing strategy. We held an initial meeting at the office which gave a chance for everyone to contribute to the discussion. An agenda was created for a focused strategy day which was held in a local venue.
After the conclusion of the meeting a full Sales & Marketing plan was created and agreed with the director. Additionally, there was also a Sales & Marketing activity plan. This document is usually in Excel format and gives a detailed breakdown of activities put in place to help achieve the goals of the plan.
